PLEASE NOTE: You must be 25 or older (with a major credit card) to rent a cabin, and present on site during contracted dates.

  • All of our properties are nonsmoking and are fully equipped with linens, towels, cooking supplies, etc…just grab your food, clothes and family/friends.
  • All cabins are subject to a 10.1% or 11.3% WA. State Sales Tax  & Chelan County Lodging Tax  Condos 
  • NON REFUNDABLE CLEAN FEE is charged per each cabin stay; this service is performed by an outside subcontractor company and is a necessary expense, it is not negotiable.
  • Unauthorized late check outs will be charged $40.00 per hour, no exceptions.
  • Unauthorized guests on site will be charged $50.00 each per night on site, no exceptions.
  • Holiday Rates in effect from 11/20-1/15 
  • There are absolutely NO QUADS allowed in the area, or on site at any of our properties.
  • There are absolutely NO FIREWORKS allowed at any time at any property.

Cancellation Policy:

In the case of inclement weather, cancellation policy remains in effect, however, you will be allowed to reschedule within one year, and you must reschedule at the same property.

Cancel 31 days before reservation and forfeit confirmation deposit (1st night's rental fees) plus a $25.00 processing fee will be charged. Cancel 15-30 days before reservation and get 50% refunded of remaining rental/clean fees paid, plus a $25.00 processing fee will be charged. 0-14 days before reservation, no refund, unless dates are rebooked by another party, if rebooked the cancellation is still subject to the forfeiture of the 1st night's rental fees. Failure to arrive with no cancellation notice will result in the loss of full reservation fees/no refund.

Once final payment is taken, There are no refunds for guests who cancel within your party, (this includes pet fees), and there are no refunds for dropping a night(s) off of the original reservation dates.  If you need to add guests or pets, we can do that for you at any time, but due to bank charges we are not able to refund any of the additional guest/pet/nightly charges/payment once they have been made.

Reservation Process

A confirmation deposit (non-refundable) is taken at time of reservation to hold your dates; this amount will be equal to the 1st night's rental fees. You will receive an invoice reflecting this charge and that shows rate breakdown of the stay. The confirmation deposit will be rolled into total fees due 1 month(December rentals due 60 days) prior to your arrival when final payment (remaining balance) is taken.  If reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, fees are due in full at the time reservation form is submitted. Once the final payment is taken, you will receive your “Paid” invoice and cabin paperwork; including contract, driving directions, etc. via e-mail.

 A $250,Damage Deposit Authorization will be authorized until after your visit to the cabin. This is authorized 1 week prior to your check in date. If guest is using a debit card, this will show up as a debit transaction, even though it is an authorization only, so we do suggest you use a credit card. Upon inspection of the property after your visit, the authorized damage deposit will be released, if property is in same condition as when guests arrived.

Guests are responsible for any, and all. damage they may cause during their stay. Liability is not limited to the damage deposit. If damage caused by the renter to any part of the rental property exceeds the amount of the damage deposit, renter agrees that they are responsible to pay the full cost of replacement or repair of the damaged items.
